Animal Resource Center Pet Food Pantry

The Montgomery County Animal Resource Center’s Pet Food Pantry is here to help residents continue providing for their furry family members when times are tough and budgets are tight.

Eligibility and Guidelines:

  • Must be a Montgomery County resident

  • Must present a valid photo ID

  • All dogs must have a current license

  • Each household may receive one bag of dry food and up to four cans of wet food every 30 days

Our Pet Food Pantry is donation-based, and the type and quantity of food available depend on what we receive from the community. This means we may not have your pet’s usual brand or formula. Introducing a new food may cause an upset stomach — by accepting food from the pantry, you acknowledge and accept this risk. If you have concerns about your pet’s diet, allergies or nutritional needs, please talk with your veterinarian.

The food and supplies provided are for personal pets only and are not intended for rescues or feral cat colonies.

If you have questions, please call us at 937-898-4457.
