Dog license requirements:

All dogs over the age of three months are required to be licensed. Tags are required to be purchased immediately upon acquiring a new dog. After thirty (30) days, a penalty applies. Providing false information when obtaining a dog license (falsely claiming an animal is altered or providing an incorrect acquisition date to avoid a penalty) is a criminal offense. The Animal Resource Center actively prosecutes offenders.
